> 1) my walk in stopped working and CC came out to fix it.2) CC lowered fan speed while there; they couldn't find anything wrong w/cooler & it started running again while they were there3) Pat/Owner ranted to me bout the dying florist industry on several occasions-really uncalled for & very annoying4) My cooler stopped working 2 days later & I called CC again.  This time I got the "technical" lecture & Pat said you just need to trust me.  He felt that I must have contamination in my line causing the cooler to stop working.5) CC couldn't get back out in a timely manner so I called another refrigeration company.6) 2nd co. found timer on & said that was why it wasn't running (CC tech put it on) & he noticed the fan speed had been lowered & said he couldn't in good conscious leave it that way; it's VERY BAD for the cooler & would cause more problems7) Got BIG bill from CC8) sent 3 pgs of documentation to Pat & stated I didn't think charges were appropriate9) continue to get bills
