After my SUV had a fight with a parking structure and lost, my bumper was caved in and there was a BIG dent on my fender which was rusting.  I hadn't wash my car in months, because I I didn't want it to rust even more. Needless to say, it wasn't looking so nice.  At least I have a garage, so it could have been worse.  After getting an estimate and being shocked by the amount, I went online and found a good solid rating for Modern Bench Operation.   Since it wasn't too far from my house, I decided to check it out. I met with Pete on Tuesday, who gave me an estimate on the spot, without an appointment.  He was friendly, didn't talk down to me and was honest.  Being a girl, that is very important to me.  The estimate was over 1/2 the amount cheaper.  I dropped off my car on Thursday and picked it up on Saturday.  You can't get much better than a 2 day turnaround.  The work is awesome.  No more dent, no rust, a good looking bumper, the marks on my headlight were buffed out and my car is finally clean!!   I met Pete when I picked up my car.  What a nice guy.  This is a family owned place and you can tell by their treatment. I believe in giving mom and pop places business, so if you are in need of some work on your car, give this great shop called Modern Bench Operation a chance. I found Modern Bench Operation Collision by searching online (what else)  and it was a great decision to use them.  Easy to find, close to home, and Pete and crew were great. Pete also is a great guy and is very responsible in reviewing your car before and after the repair.  Open a short time on Saturday helped as well. They were incredibly friendly and dealt with the entire insurance mess with Mercury insurance.  I was given an enterprise rental car at no cost during the time it was being fixed. The bumper apparently did not meet Josh's standards when it came back from painting so he had it repainted. The car now looks as good as the day I bought it.  There was a bit of a snafu with the insurance company where they were dragging their feet authorizing the work but I was very impressed with MBO's customer service and they definitely bent over backwards to make the experience as pleasant as possible. They made the insurance mess effectively invisible and dealt with almost all of it themselves.
