I've used them twice now on various occasions. As the other reviewer said, the customer service is terrible (not the drivers, the owner). But, the fraud comes in after they pick up your dumpster. While they sell it to you for a comparatively good price, after they pick it up, they tell you that you went over the limit and have to pay more. This was absolutely impossible. I can't prove them wrong since I wasn't there when they weighed it, if they weighted it at all. Take your business elsewhere and pay more to begin with than deal with this company and their tactics. *3/12/2012 via Direct* --- **maxwellcat** - 1/5 > I rented a dumster from them I explained that I was redoing my lawn and what I needed, they sent out the dumster I had it for a week and they came and picked it up, The next day I recieved a call from them telling me the dirt had grass in it and now im being charged 115.00 extra because its not clean dirt. I told them I explained to them that I was replacing a front lawn of course there was grass in it, This man immediatly got nasty with me told me to read the contract and then proceeded to call me a b-----, stupid, and then told me he was going to put a lien on my property if I didnt pay up, I held my composure and asked why this wasnt explained to me , again the name calling and threats, I asked his name he said bob I asked his last name he refused to give it to me or tell me his job , He kept insulting me and kept saying are we done ,I said no were not done Im not understanding why Im being harrased threatened and all I want to do is find out why this company is trying to charge me for something when I explained in the beginning what it was for, Not sure what to do about this but it was certianly not the way to conduct business watch out for this company , They definatly dont have repeat business. *10/12/2008 via Direct* --- **u235phd** - 1/5 > I found this business very difficult to deal with and highly unprofessional in their conduct.. I agreed to rent a bin for one week in Feb., 2008. They were told to pick up the bin within a week. As of April 25, 2008 not only has the bin not been picked up, the City of Los Angeles moved the bin from the street onto my driveway in early March. Despite more than one dozen calls and two letters, B G's Big Box Service refused to respond. At this point I have elected to get the City Attorney's office involved.
