> Great customer service. I actually spoke with someone instead of a machine and not just someone; but a person that actually knows his machines and actually works on them first hand. Unlike those "I am sorry I am only a dispatcher and I can't really tell you what to do," this guy told me the range of cost I might spend to fix my washer based on the symptoms I explained over the phone. Secondly, he told me what models and manufacturers to stay away from and which to look for if I was going to buy used, new or even decide to fix it myself. He was not afraid to tell me if someone else had better deals, prices or rates. He truly cared about his customers and gave excellent advice and customer service; which is rare now days. Just give them a call, you won't regret it!
