> Totally DISHONEST repair place.  They are dripping with sly slippery manner.  I dropped off bags with a lifetime repair warrenty - they said my defective wheels were not covered and they had to call for approval?  WHAT!?  They wanted $55 to fix 2 bags?  I said call for approval - it must/should be covered!  He called back in a week and said "good news" ... the bags were DENIED coverage by Atlantic but he lready fixed the bags (WITHOUT APPROVAL FROM ME) and he would only charge $45!  WHAAAT! ?  He is trying to TRAP me into paying for a covered repair?  Manipulative and sneaky - dishonest - DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM!!!!  They think no one will find out what they do.  I am going to report them to every agency - and warn everyone I ca find about thier dishonest behavior!

> I had my suitcases handle to be fixed there & he promised it will be ready on time, i went the day before my trip to pick up the luggage, they didnt even touch it, he was gone send me back & ask to come back tomorrow & he wouldn't even promise to be ready!..I picked up the luggage to take it somewhere else, which meanwhile i noticed it started working :)Terrible customer service, he wouldn't even say sorry, rude & arrogant, I will never  go back there!

> Avoid getting your luggage repaired here- don't walk, run away.Excuse after excuse -. 12 weeks and they did not do anything at all.Called every two weeks and got a different excuse. This was brand new luggage used only once - so getting parts was not an issue. Finally went and picked up my luggage and there were two customers ahead of me also pulling back their luggage from them. Manufacturer sent part to me in 3 days!
