The fella working the counter and the staff went above and beyond the call of duty to help me out. I had thought it was just my belt that went out, but it was a tension pulley also. They helped me pull the pulley and even gave me a jump since I was running on the battery. Top Notch service ! I called to see if they had parts, and they did, got everything ready for me so I could go and pick it up right from the counter saving me time!  They were busy but managed to get people moving.  Minus two stars because one time they were confused about my wiper blades and gave me the wrong ones.  I had to get them from the dealer.  The other draw back is the shopping center they are located in is very busy, inconvenient and awkward too.","rating":3,"date_published":"2008-03-12"}]}
