He ask me several questions and that helped identify what my problem really was. He told me my service man would call me ahead of my appointment as I told him I would have to step out back of my building to unlock a gate to the rear parking lot. My time was set around noon. My service man was 12 minutes early. I am already happy. He found our electrical service breakers had been turned off the night before when my kitchen manager turned off the wrong breakers off at closing of our restaurant. No he did not try to charge me for repairs like most companies would. He charged me a service call and told me to call them with any future needs.  What a good feeling it is to find a honest company.
