Today, I was there alone and ordered lunch only to find a 6-7 inch hair imbedded in the California Roll.  According to the waitress, it was a blond hair and I was advised that all of their employees have black hair and believe it or not, the waitress suggested that before I was seated in the booth, a blond haired woman had been sitting there as an explanation for the hair in the food.  It got even funnier when I asked to see the Manager, and this fella in a white outfit including a chef's hat, identified as Jason, advised me that I had finished most of the food and therefore he could not make an adjustment for the meal.  I was blown away and finally a couple of customers nearby stated to him, that he stood to lose a lot more than the price of the meal as he would not return nor would his wife.  Jason was nonplussed and didn't seem to have a clue about what she had said.  He remained concerned about being cheated about payment for the meal and kept insisting that I had already finished most of the meal and also insisted on payment.
