They arrived at the time they they said they would be there and the dispatcher was kind enough to ask if they had water. I said, that would be wonderful if the driver could provide water for them. The tow driver did bring cold bottled water, tow the car to the dealer and the day was saved when the dispatcher (Karen)  called ahead to reserve a rental car for my wife  at the dealer. !!Thank you team,Max","rating":5,"date_published":"2010-09-07"}]}
