All those stores said no they don't carry it. Period.THEN I called Palace Art & Office Supply on 41st in Capatola.  WOW what a difference! The man went and looked and he didn't have it in stock but then said \"It's no problem to order it for you. I can have it in 4 or 5 days\".  That's customer service at its best!  I have been looking for this pen for quite awhile. The other stores couldn't be bothered but Palace could and they will get all my art supply business from now on!
