> I am extremely disappointed with steamco!!! The only reason why we went with this company was because our regular company was not available on the day and time we were interested in. They failed to remove all spots claiming it needed deep cleaning for extra cost but still would not guarantee it. Our regular company never charged extra and would manage to remove ALL spots without this so called deep cleaning extra charge. If you read this review don't waste your time or money with this company it's not worth it!!!! We called to express our concern with our lack of satisfaction and they were definitely not interested in pleasing the customer but would be willing to return for an ADDITIONAL charge :( very disappointed!!!!!!!!!!!!
