> After looking long and hard for a bakery willing and able to meet the challenge to make my culture's traditional wedding cake - they were the only ones to take it on. The cake used marsipan icing and they did their best at matching the colors for my wedding theme, showing me several tests prior. I have been married 3 years and guests still ask about my cake. Next to the bride and the first dance, it was the next most memorable experience for the guests.
