> This company attempts to report false information on your credit report as a way to collect. My account still reports as an open collection even though it was discharged in a Bankruptcy Ch 7 nearly 4 years ago. The company has been contacted to correct the errors yet continues to report incorrectly thus violating the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
