> I am a road warrior for work and stay in a lot of hotels.  The front desk staff here is very friendly and efficient, PLUS welcoming.  I had to make a couple requests for my room and each time it has been handled quickly and graciously.  I keep going back due to the service PLUS the great location being across from the beach.

> I had my wedding at this location and had a bad experience with their coordinator. It was unpleasant, especially considering the special moment I was hoping to have there. To add insult, the honeymoon room didn't have a working shower, which I was desperately needing. To host an event here, be warned that the staff is not professional and very rude.
