> I would put zero stars, but I don't think this review forum will let me. My co-worke had a return of 4 items, with all the receipts except 1 -but it had the tag and was also the exact same pair of pajama pants that she did have a receipt for. They offered a store credit for the 3 items and $19.99 (originally $40.00 plus dollars) for the pair we didn't have the receipt. So, my friend called her husband who was able to provide the transaction number and eventually after a lot of "carrying on" and "inconveniencing" the cashier-they issued a store credit.  I would never even step in that store again.   We did speak to the store manager and she was super sweet. My biggest concern is that this is how J Crew runs their store and upper management needs to know. As a past employee, of a very well known retailer,  who is known for customer service this was such a turn off. We work hard for our money so now I know where NOT to spend it.
