The front desk staff is another thing, they are rude, condescending, and very lazy. They greet you with nothing more than a nod, and on the phone is even worse. They are the main factor as to why Imay switch providers. The nurses are a but on the cold side as well, and don't interact much with parent or patient. The office hours are ridiculous, doesn't open till 9am and closed for a 2 hour lunch, closing again at 5. Essentially they are only open 5 hours.","rating":3,"date_published":"2013-28-01"}]}
