It has taken me a while to write this review because if it isn't one thing it is another. Just like the day I was getting into my car to go to work when I noticed a nail in my tire! So instead of going straight to work I went to my Carlsbad Toyota Service Department to get help. I didn't have an appointment but I was treated like I had. The employees are kind, patient and thorough. Kevin Laird was my Service Advisor and he was so nice. He didn't treat me like a customer, he treated me like a friend who needed help. Besides helping me with the nail he went over the history of my car and reminded me it was time to have my car serviced, which I did. My wait time was not excessive and when my car was done Kevin came to find me to let me know. I think he is probably the best advisor I have ever come across. Great service all around! Yesterday Itook my new RAV4 there to ask for helpsetting up the Blue Tooth connection with my cell phone.  I had the good fortune of meeting the Shop Foreman, Tony Pereira, who is not only a gentleman, but treated me the way one hopes to be treated, but sometimes isn't.  Mr. Pereira is a wonderful representative for Toyota Carlsbad. My car didn't want to connect, for some reason, but he was so patient with me, so kind, and did find the problem.
