He seemed like he was in a hurry but I really needed to send my girlfriend flower by the next day so I had to place my order. He had horrible customer service skills and I felt like I was getting ripped off when I got off the phone with him. So I called another shop that was so much friendlier and could answer all my questions. I placed an order with them so they could deliver my flowers instead. About 1 hour later I called Carmichael Flowers again and spoke with the female owner and let her know I want a refund, she quickly put me on hold and passed me to her ignorant husband. I asked if my flowers have been processed, he said no, then I asked him to cancel my order and I requested a refund... he asked for my name, after i gave him my name he said, "You got it!" then hung up. I was unsure if I was getting my refund so I called back to confirm I was getting my refund on my card, I can tell he was mad like I killed his dog or something, he said, " You want me to give you a refund?" I said yes, " Ok, i'll refund you" then hung up again. Almost a month later I receive my Credit Card statement with a charge of $85 from them. I called Carmichael flowers again and spoke to the lady and she said she would look into it. I disputed the charge with my Credit Card. A week later the charge has not been refunded. I called the shop again and spoke with the lady and she said she'll take care of it. Another weeks passes by and FINALLY!! I got my credit back. I would NOT recommend this shop to anyone. Inside the amazing murals , the columns, the statues all give it such a rich Italian, tuscan feel. I love going in there to visit with Ila and her companions.
