> Brought my car from the dealership where a smog "Pre-test" was done. My car passed, but since the dealership is not a Test Only station, I grabbed a coupon and took it to the Official Smog station on Fair Oaks Blvd. My car failed. The tech told me to take my car to a dealer for repair. They told me to come back and get my retest for half price. Really? Most shops offer one free retest. Instead, I pulled another coupon out of the Pennysaver and went to a different smog shop where my car passed. Imagine that. I feel like they stole my money. The Better Business Bureau and Bureau of Automotive Repair will be hearing from me on Monday about this sketchy business.
