I needed the glass quickly because it was for my daughter's bedroom, so I asked if they could expedite my order. They made a phone call, I paid a small fee (which was totally worth it!!!) and I have my window less than 24 hours later. The price was also EXCELLENT. The way they do things is they can either come out, measure your windows that need replacement, then work on it then follow-up to install it which is a great way to do it when you have more money than me!!! OR you can bring in the broken window or frame and they measure it right then and there and then it takes a few days to get it back and it's a lot less, because it costs time and money to send someone out and do the labor, right? I brought my window in & it's all ready to be popped back into place. These guys do not only provide good work & service and competitive prices and they're good people and treat their customers very well.
