> We just move here from San Francisco and looked at several places before committing to an appointment for our 3 little dogs. The groomer was friendly and pleasant. The dog she was working on was very relaxed. So I booked my dogs with her. We took all three and prayed they would be in good hands and well cared for. Time to pick them up my husband and I were so impressed with how nice they looked and trimmed to perfection. This was the best grooming session we had experienced.

> Sorry - not coming back. Took our 20lb pooch here three times for a grooming and clip. First two times, he returned clean and with the face clipped but nothing else. Tried to give them a chance, thinking I had not communicated. Third time specifically said he needs a GOOD haircut - even a shave if necessary. Got a call an hour later saying they couldn t groom my dog. He was biting and uncooperative. I was distressed as our dog had never displayed anything like this before. They charged me $35 to basically give him a bath. Took him to the groomer connected to our vet and explained he was biting and not cooperating. Two hours later, they had clipped and groomed him with no issues. They were perplexed as to what the problem had been. Clearly, Special Touch either didn t know what they were doing or maybe (hopefully not) cheated me. Won t return. They are nice but not friendly.

> For years I've been taking my Zoe to Special Touch.  I've even gone a few months between groomings and they still remember her & what she gets when I call.  I know I have a yippy dog, but they always tell me she was quiet.  They give her the cute little bow in her hair and she smells sooo good and is always happy.  My mom now takes her lab mix in so we can go at the sme time....All of the dogs in there always seem so calm it's incredible...
