> Great company, good benefit. People works night and day to get the products out the door, but the company does not make profits. The Labor cost is triple, they use traditional method instead of find the new tech to process and testing faster. If they select the right type of staff/ management, this company will grow and make big fortune. Labor cost should be cut down 28% and waste products cut 34%, ADD new sales and marketing team, Hire contract R&D from university........., Compliance/ Quality Leader has to push the products out the door.  They hire " LEAN six sigma" good thinker, but the cost to support this projects is huge. All they need is getting rid of  " OVERTIME", " waste Products", " First Pass test", " 99% Sales team".
