I had checked out many dealerships before buying my Juke and can honestly testify that my experience at Carson Nissan was the best. I made my appt. with Christina Martinez, who had given me such excellent customer service in August...she is the best! She is so friendly, knowledgeable, and attended to my every request. After having my car serviced for a Recall Notice, oil change, check of all vehicle parts, tires, etc., Christina asked Fernando, a Sales Rep., to sit with me and go over all the 'bells & whistles' that the Juke has...this was done at my request as I did not know how to use many of the options. Fernando was very friendly, helpful, and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. I highly recommend Christina as the go-to person in the Service Dept. at Carson Nissan. I live 50 mi. away, but am so glad I bought my car at Carson Nissan! Thank you! I took my 2012 Rogue in for Service at Carson Nissan. Larry Russell assisted me. He was great! During my wait, I walked around to see the 2015 models . Unexpectedly, I ended up purchasing a 2015 Rogue. It was not my plan to purchase a vehicle on 9/20/14, but the deal was too good to pass up. Ethaniel Baxter assisted with picking out the color & checking out the new 'bells and whistles". He was very hands-on & patient with me. I appreciated that because I come from an automotive background--working at AHM for 13 years; so I appreciated the fact that EZ was not pushy. Larry kindly refunded the $$$ for the Oil Change & batteries belonging to the 2012. Lisa Melkonian assisted me with the financing. Jeffery Nelson was one of the most professional, kind, hard-working, and helpful man I have ever met in any professional business. He went above and beyond any service member I have met with Nissan. (I have been to multiple nissan dealerships all over the country.) I was also impressed with not only the Jeffery Nelson but the whole establishment!!
