> I will push my car before I let Castaic Towing and "Driver Vincent" touch my car EVER again!! My car is a standard transmission, "Vincent" doesn't know how to drive a "stick", he kept stalling it out, won't let me do it.  "Vincent" yelled "I can't find Reverse". The shift diagram is on the knob.  He still couldn't find Reverse so, he pushed the car back 3 feet. Loaded my car and yelled to get in, I asked him if he was going to roll up the windows? "They won't go up", yelled Driver Vincent. May I try? "NO, it's already loaded" yelled 'Driver Vincent". Off we go, both front windows open and my papers are now LITER along the 14! 'Driver Vincent' doesn't care about Speed Limits, 84 in a 65mph zone with my car on his truck? Canyon Country CostCo to Lancaster in less than 30 mins! Unloaded my car, I got in, started the car, the windows go up!! Hey, 'Driver Vincent' did you turn on key when you tried to roll up windows?  'Vincent' just got in his truck.  I called AAA and filed a complaint.
