I was in contact with the AAMCO CEO, Head of Customer Relations and everyone of relevance below them. Their service writer Kevin, continuously lied to all of us and mislead me on work progress and completion dates to the effect that It cost me over $600 of UNNECESSARY expenses an UNNECESSARY 2000 mile round trip along with several UNNECESSARY days away from work to resolve! Through this ordeal I discovered and would like to share that when it comes to quality control in customer service, Corporate has no teeth.
