As the Gary explained to me: the tires that I purchased 14 months ago have dry rot and need to be replaced, and if we want them to honor the warranty we need to purchase new tires so they can service them. Know when you go to this Firestone they will try to get you in the door with things like lifetime warranties, but when you need them to honor such warranty the parts and service must have been done by them NO MATTER HOW MUCH THEY CHARGE! Learn from our mistake, use common since, and make an astute decision on how you want to maintain your car in the long run. Also know that there are other Firestone shops around that are straight forward and honest, you just need to drive a longer distance to find them. I understand that these people make money on sells, but to what end?","rating":1,"date_published":"2013-08-10"}]}
