When we walked in, the girl right away said how can I help you? I said , "This is our first time here can you give us a few minutes? In about a 2 minute span she asked me 3 times if I was ready. Never once did she offer a suggestion, knowing this is our first time. My coffee was cold she never brought me a spoon for my coffee, I thought well maybe this was the last of the pot ,forsure my next cup will be hot....NOT. When we gave our order and I asked for my hashbrowns to be EXTRA crispy and no butter on my toast. Well after waiting like 10 minutes for their breakfast special and a burrito. When I get my order, The server says she'll bring your toast right out. By the way my omelet is burnt on the edges and my hashbrowns soggy. Im sitting there in the dinning room and I can see my toast has popped up. The Manager walks out of his office and the stupid girl that was supposed to bring my toast was doing a lil jig to the music that was playing.I could not believe my eyes. Then she swips the toast from the toaster and cuts and plates them. Then she rings a bell so the lobby girl can come bring them to me. (that's all that was good here was the oldies playing) They are very pricey, its kinda like a sitdown resturaunt but uses plastic baskets and tissue to serve a $6.00 burrito that is only worth about $3.00 tops.Very dissatisfied had to go to AM/PM to get a cup of hot coffee. Then I told the girl I wanted a box and that we would never be back there again. when I went to get my coffe the bald manager can out and gave my husband a 5.00 coupon for next time. I learn from my mistakes mister manager,THERE WILL NOT BE A NEXT TIME. I will just drive a bit farther down the road to The Waffle House. Where they are friendly and serve the food to ORDER at a fair price. And they serve their coffee HOT.
