> Falsificiation of signature in order to close Escrow (sale of property). Deliberately closed Escrow to gain commission without my permission or notifying me. The company did not follow proper procedures in closing Escrow.Problem was resolved after settlement. However, I required a lawyer and signature expert in order for the company to settle out of court. I just want the company to practice professional conduct and ethical guidelines towards their consumers.
