> I cannot even begin to explain my experience & dilemma situation that took place on 07-16-2015But u best believe I'll find a way to begin this!On that evening the "least" i planned on spending was $100 "that day!" for a baby shower but i remembered that i had previously purchased some foam sponges that i never used because i over bought & didnt end up needing them and so i didnt worry about taking or looking for the receipt bcuz i didnt want the $1.00 back, i wanted credit/even exchange towards one of the items i'd be purchasing..."thinking no big deal, right?" WRONG!!! The store clerk calls the manager by the name of Ana (big Hispanic girl) & the clerk says to her: she wants to return that but she has no receipt! And i said: i just wanted to do an even exchange bcuz i didnt need it after all. Well this Ana ( whos supposably a manager) puts this SOUR LOOK ON HER FACE & SAYS: "I'LL LET YOU DO IT THIS TIME BUT WITHOUT A RECEIPT...AND THATS WHEN I STOPPED HER & SAID: FIRST OF ALL YOU REALLY NEED TO WIPE THAT SOUR FACE LOOK & ATTITUDE OFF & DON'T SPEAK TO ME LIKE UR LETTING ME GET AWAY WITH SOMETHING! ITS A F***'N $1.00 & YOUR IN CERRITOS WHERE THE RESIDENTS HERE ( as myself!) ARE NOT TRYING TO GET OVER ON YOU FOR A F***'N DOLLAR! I ALSO AM IN RETAIL MYSELF & IF A CUSTOMER DOES NOT HAVE A RECEIPT, THEIR ONLY ALLOWED CREDIT FOR EQUAL OR LESSER VALUE! Which is what i wanted. She proceeds to tAlk to me with an unprofessional mAnner & pushes my item towards me & tells me in front of other customers that she was going to give me credit but not anymore & to go ahead & call corporate, they dont acknowledge these things & continued talking loud to the other clerk as well as orher customers! This is not the FIRST TIME I HAVE EXPERIENCED HER RUDENESS BUT IT WILL BE THE LAST!!! Our city  residents (as myself!) voted against a thrift store they wanted to put their & instead approved the Dollar Tree, well now i wish that we hadn't bcuz this "Ana!" manager, yea right! Has LESS THAN A DOLLARS WORTH OF CUSTOMER SKILLS  LET ALONE MANAGER REQUIREMENTS! Ended up at the 99cent store where the employees were very nice & friendly & ended up spending $162.39 & going back for more things!Corporate plz realize that these types of employees will hurt ur business!!!
