> Sonshine Preschool provided my daughter with a very positive faith-based environment and the opportunity for her to interact with other children through play, singing and performances. During two years my daughter learned many social skills through peer interactions which included how to wait, how to take turns, how to listen and how to respect others. These social skills with the teaching of Christian values are critical to a child's developing personality. The teachers primarily provided the foundations for academic learning with excellent morals integrated throughout the curriculum. At Sonshine my child learned to listen to poetry and songs. She acquired a solid base needed to grasp phonics and reading skills. She also learned basic American Sign Language and Spanish! The presence of other children, a wide variety of academic materials and a strong value system are big reasons why Sonshine Preschool is a great choice for Early Education.
