The staff is very helpful, patient and courteous. I have never had a bad experience. Their selection is limited and their service sucks. You get a better selection at Lowes. The store is small and they can only service one person at a time. The reception boy is very rude. He mentioned to me that they do not "jump through hoops" for their customers. Tried to reach out to corp office and they didn't respond to lack of service complaint. To make is short and simple, they do not jump through hoops for their customers.
