After going to him the first time he became my auto mechanic of choice.  He was honest, helpful and charged a fair not over inflated charge and won my respect. I own a 2004 E320 and he has fixed both mechanical and electrical issues with my car for a fraction of what the dealer and even other mechanics were going to charge for the exact same service.  AND, I think he pays alot more attention to detail than alot of other mechanics do.

> Eric does a great job with talking to customers when there is a complex problem, to let them know a problem could be due to multiple causes, and that we are starting with plan A.  Knowing that the problem may be caused by B and C helps everyone understand if plan A doesn't work.  Prices are very fair and he's doing a great job of pushing the completed work out of his shop in a timely manner, too.
