> My family and friends have eaten at Basque Norte for over 20 years, at both locations. Originally in Paradise, then when they moved to Chico.Meals are EXCELLENT, steaks; the most tender and flavorful in town. Course servings a plentiful and each so tasty. Service is top notch at all times. Over the years I recall some of the San Francisco 49er football players enjoying meals there as well.Expect to pay a bit more, that's because it is worth it.Thank you,Dave Trovato

> If you want the very best steak in town, this is definitely the place to go. Long established and family owned and operated, it's amazing that it's possible to get a table without a reservation. At Basque Norte, you will enjoy the friendly and appreciative staff and will certainly not go away hungry. Great value!
