> I find it hard to reach the front desk, but that doesn't stop them from providing a hasty response(few hours). I have to give a Shout out to Pete the maintenance man. He came through and fixed something quick, also when i ask questions he provides thorough answers and explanation. Great job Pete! Keep it up!

> My wife and I recently moved into a property that is managed by Blue Oak. They were very professional from the initial showing through the application and lease signing process and through the move-in. They are up to date on the technology side of things, for instance they used an iPad to perform the walk-thru with an app that allowed them to take pictures throughout the inspection and attach them to the walk-thru, this is exactly what we wish our previous landlords did and it makes us feel more secure in getting our deposit returned to us when we move out. Great experience with them so far!
