> My wife and I have been customers of Eagle Security for the past three years.  We travel globally on business and pleasure and are gone for sometimes weeks at a time. We live in a rural area that is listed as a high wildfire risk.  When we are away we always feel that our home is safe and secure.  Both my wife and I are technophobes.  The staff of Eagle security have always been helpful and courteous in answering our questions.  We have had several instances where we burned something on the stove or in the oven and set off our alarm.  Even on the weekends and evenings we were able to talk to someone on the phone that got us back online after the alarm was tripped.
