Never showed up, refused to answer the phone, and when we did get ahold of them, they hung up on us. We had a whole Christmas party planned around a limo ride to look at Christmas lights. So very disappointed that we paid for this service in advance and then never got the experience. Only afterwards did we start hearing the horror stories about this company. They are simply the worst. Look on yelp and see the real reviews that the company can't pay to alter.
