Helpful and friendly customer service, they still remember and ask how my gear is holding up etc. They strive to make sure you're comfortable with what you're buying. > If you like skis its decent.  Not that great of a snowboard and wakeboard shop thou (according to my friends...I dont board). I met the owner and he's cool. They should get rid of their snowboards and just concentrate on skis.
