> The BBB  "F" rating says it all.  Buyer beware:   The LaZBoy stores are franchises, so if you buy a chair at a one store and move, be prepared for getting the run around because LaZBoy passes the buck as to who is responsible for the warranty.  Their corporate office claims only to "manufacture" the merchandise and passes the buck back to their franchise stores.
