> I hired Modern Carpet Cleaning and I was very impressed. They use a 10 step process that really seemed to clean the carpets better than others. One cool step that I liked was the scrubbing of the carpets - it seems like it removed a lot or all of the ground in dirt from my carpets. If you're in Chico and you need your carpets cleaned, I recommend them.

> Moving out of my house in Chico right after spring semester was horrible.  I guess everyonne is moving so moving trucks and cleaning people are impossible to find.  I was told by my landlord that the carpet cleaning had to be done to get my deposit back.  i called several companies but all the carpet cleaning companies in Chico were booked up.  I called modern carpet cleaning and they fit me in.  The carpet turned out great and I did get all my deposit back.  If you need carpet cleaning done in chico this is the company to call.

> My name is Victoria, I have lived in chico ca for 6 years. I recently purchased a foreclosed home. The process was horrible because the closing date was pushed back 3 times. Modern Carpet Cleaning was very patient with my re-schedules. When the home finally did close they were able to fit me in last minute. The carpets were in bad shape but I didn't have the money to replace them. I asked them to do the best they could. Well to my surprise the carpets cleaned up great! Curtis was able to remove some spots I thought would never come out. I would recommend this company to anyone in chico buying a home.
