The technician accurately and efficiently evaluated my situation (which turned out to be a main line blockage) and then effectively resolved the problem.  I live in a very old mobile home with a delicate and equally old main line.  The technician took his time, paid special attention to the age of my system, and didn't take any shortcuts.  I was provided upfront, accurate pricing and there were no surprises.  He didn't try to over sell me just to make a buck and was very respectful of the fact that I have a fixed, limited income.  I was kept informed of all developments throughtout the process and some additional plumbing concerns were identified.  I will be having Mr. Rooter return in December to address those additional issues.
