> I had telephoned Radio Shack this morning , asking them if they could fix my room-mates watch that he had taken there yesterday to get a battery replaced.  The worker here could barely speak English, and after removing the back to the watch dug around inside of it with a screwdriver.  Breaking it to a non working order, it is a two thousand dollar antique watch, and upon talking with them on the telephone this morning, I was hung up on.  Now I will have to put out more money than what I anticipated, and Radio Shack not only will not get any more of my patronage, but they get this review 2.Thanks but no thanks Radio Shack Mangrove Ave. Chico. Your business etiquette should leave you unemployed.  Take a good look at your employees there management.  By the way,  I'm a beneficiary of the baby boomer generation , and I will and do make a difference as well as this review.
