They provide the worst service ever. They can probably change your watch battery without any problem, but if you have any jewelry work or more extensive watch repairs you want done, take it to a professional (of which they are not)! The jewelry work they did for me was horrible and the lady there had the audacity to complain when I voiced my disappointment. It's like they expect you to accept their crappy work. After my experience there, I heard from this guy that said that they ruined his Rolex and he was going to report them to the BBB.
