> Not the place to go if you expect service or professionalism. We used them to book a large family vacation. They had difficulty with our questions and kept referring us to the airline and resort to get our questions answered. We got stuck in a natural disaster in a foreign country and they kept hanging up on us when we called to re-book our flights. I was completely dissatisfied with their service.
