> I ordered $261 in brake parts for my boat trailer on Sat. 3/19/11. I paid for expedited shipping since I was in a hurry. And since it was only about 400 miles away it shouldn't take long. Having not heard from them I called on Tuesday the 22nd. I was told that all parts were in stock and that it would be shipped that afternoon or Wednesday early at the latest. Having still not received shipping info from them on Thursday I emailed them and requested info on my order. On Friday at noon having still not received any info I called again. I was told that they had no explanation on why my order keeps getting overlooked but that they will get on it right now. And since I paid for expedited shipping and that obviously didn't happen they would refund that money to my credit card since I had already been billed on Saturday the 19th when I placed the order. As it turned out the order did finally get filled and UPS was contacted at 6:35 PM and it was picked up at 8:03 PM. I did receive it 4 days later but I NEVER received the fee back for the expedited shipping. The only reason I took the time to tell this story was because this is the WORST customer service I have ever received and I do a lot of online purchasing. I wish Amazon sold trailer parts.
