> Where do i begin w/ this place.  A horrible experience all around.  My Fiancee went in to have a cracked tooth fixed.  They put in a temp pc that fell out on his way home.  They ended billing us for 3 crowns instead of one.  He was told he had to go in to see the dr. so she can determine what wrk was done.  He went in and waited 2 hrs only to be told by the billing specialist that he signed a consent form that he was responsible for all charges so there was nothing they could do.  They are uneducated, unprofessional, and uncooperative.  Save yourself a headache and possible high blood pressure. They are horrible!

> Please do not use Smilecare.  Consider yourself warned.I have used them for ortho work and I know several people that have used them.  We all have the same opinion.We HATE SMILECARE.  I dont know anyone that has had a good experience with them.Two people I know have demanded to have the braces removed so they could change orthodontists and I have resorted to staying in the car when my kids go in for adjustments.
