I did a lot of research online and on the phone when I was looking for a storage facility here in San Diego. There seem to be a number of big national chains that own most of the storage space. However, Extra Storage is not only a nice, independent facility for storing your goods; it's also a great value. On the outside, it may not look awesome. But storage facilities aren't supposed to look fancy, and in my book, that's totally fine. The people who work there are really nice and willing to help. They took me around on their golf cart to see the various available units and sizes and found a good one that fit my needs and budget. They had a really nice designed website with all the basic information needed to get started. So one afternoon i had called the storage company asking about rates and sizes. The lady that answered the phone was full of life and ready to help me with every question that i had. Instead of taking 20 minutes, it was 3 questions; what, when, how!!! Usually companies like these are rare to get the job done efficiently and correct.
