> I was referred to Dr.Lenihan after i arrived back from vacation with 2 fractures on my right hand. I have read many good reviews on the Dr.'s expertise. In the 2 months I was seen by him, my consultation never lasted more than 5-10 minutes. I never got to view my X-rays to see in fact how bad my fractures were. During my follow up visits I was always rushed out despite my questions and concerns in regards to my injury. Granted my injury was not as severe as other patients, I still expected a very thorough consultation every time. The office assistants & receptionists are not as friendly as you may think they should be for a prestigious office such as this one. On my last consultation I waited 50 minutes before inquiring if I was going to be seen. I was then informed it would be another 15-20 minutes before being seen. I don't know why courtesy wasn't practiced to advise the patients waiting that Dr. Was running behind appointments. Over all I gave this practice a very low rating due to its lack of good patient service and the doctor's inability to be more available and open to explore the patients concern with recovery & treatment. Also the doctor is only available twice a week. Should I have know all of this, I would gave requested my primary doctor to refer me out up another specialist.
