> I had tension that extended from my right shoulder down to the middle of my back. The therapist recommended a deep tissue massage and concentrated on the area relaxing the muscles. He did an excellent job.

> Novania was quite and seemed to be able to tell exactly which areas needed more work than others. after my massage she showed me a diagram of the body and which areas she felt would benefit me the most to be worked on. I have another 2 more 90 min appts with her so she can work on spcetivis areas to benefits my body.
