The man was late to open shop, then made me wait while he counted the cash drawer.  Very RUDE man, I felt like I was putting him out being there while he drank his Red Bull.  I too, work early, but you don't keep the customer waiting while you do things that should of been done before he opened the doors.  Where has Customer Service gone?  Maybe if he had gotten up alittle bit earlier and did these things before opening the door and making customers wait on HIM to get ready.  When you open at 8:30, that means, service starts then, not 15 minutes later.  I had to work that morning, so left his shop and spent my hard earned money at another shop down the street.
