Ivan gave us a lot of great tips about what would look best in our home and it turned out fabulous. He informed us how carpet was not the best option for homes especially for those who have allergies. He is definitely a skilled, professional worker. He works fast and very efficiently. You can tell he cares about his business and his clients because he even brought us a mop that would work best on our new wooden floors. I would recommend Ivan to my closest friends and family and anyone else because of the wonderful job he does. When we purchased our home in 2012 I had couple quotes. Ivan had the best deal in town and was very educated in limonite flooring. We hired Ivan to do our whole downstairs which came out to be 1150 sq ft. Ivan finished the job on time and did a wonderful job, I am very satisfied. My wife and I were so please that we recently just hired Ivan to do flooring in our RV with Quarter rounds cuts for base boards. Contractors like Ivan is very hard to find these days. Ivan leaves the site caring about his work and that his clients are satisfied. Excellent communication !!!
